We have used Tim twice. The first time was an addition to my master bedroom. The second time was to remove a post in the middle of my garage and install a new support beam to span the width of the garage. Both projects were difficult. Notwithstanding the difficulty, Tim was an excellent contractor and I should know because I can do all of the construction tasks myself. His work was done carefully, the quality was excellent and when he got done there was no punch list. The best thing about Tim is that he was honest about everything that he did from bidding the work to saying when his crews would (and would not be) working. I would definitely use Tim agin.
